How can we bring a classic game which has been imagined hundreds of times over and give it a modern twist?

Simple, PIXELATE it!

Chess Pixels reintroduces a timeless game of skill and pushes it to new realms of modern confusion. Through using the simple form of a pixel which acts as the form foundation of the digital world we currently live in, Chess Pixels was created. Two slightly different colors of red mix with a greyscale board  over the course of the game creating blocky pixelated image overhead.

Each chess piece is carved from a fine poplar wood.
